Simly currently focuses on providing data plans for internet connectivity. Voice calls and SMS are not supported through our eSIMs. However, you can use internet-based services like WhatsApp, Skype, or FaceTime for calls and messaging.
After purchasing a Simly eSIM data plan through the app, you will receive a QR code via email. To install the eSIM, go to your device's settings, select "Mobile Data" or "Cellular" (depending on your device), and choose "Add Data Plan" or "Add Cellular Plan." Scan the QR code, and your eSIM will be activated.
You can easily purchase additional data or extend your plan duration through the Simly app at any time during your trip. Simply select the new data plan, complete the purchase, and your eSIM will be automatically updated.
